5-Day Work Week
At GDL System, executives and employees get to take Saturdays off as a way to spend their weekend on their hobbies and leisure activities and feel refreshed when they return to work
Congratulations & Condolences Support
Executives and employees are allowed to take a leave for major events concerning their families such as weddings and funerals to spend time with family. We also provide a prescribed amount of allowance on such occasions as a way to offer support.
Summer Vacation
Summer is our regular vacation season, with executives and employees provided a chance to take a vacation according to their personal schedules as a way to regain the energy they need. We also provided a prescribed amount of allowance as vacation pay.
